This assessment will help you recognize which of the 5
principles are your strengths, and which ones need some work.
That way you'll be able to turns your weaknesses into strengths
that you carry into life's battles.
Answer each of the questions on a scale of 1-5, 1 being "Strongly Disagree", and 5 being "Strongly Agree".

It is important to know that no matter what your scores are, that's okay. It is where you are right now. The important thing is what you do next. Now that you know where you stand, you can decide how to move forward.
What I've found helpful is to take 2-3 of these a week and try to focus on improving my score. Then I pick 2-3 more the next week. At the end of the month, I take the assessment again and see how my score has changed.
It is amazing how much momentum you can achieve in a short time and how it translates into real world results.
So hang onto your scores; maybe put them in a notebook or journal so you can track your progress.
